In a separate bowl, beat the eggs lightly, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Stir gently until just combined—small lumps are okay and will make fluffier pancakes.
